This usually happens when we try to confirm your account multiple times, and the system sends you multiple confirmation emails.

For security reasons, we have to generate a new confirmation link each time this is done. The error you are seeing is because you are not clicking on the MOST RECENT confirmation email link. You will need to click on that one in order to confirm your account. Clicking on a previous one will result in an error.

To resolve this you can either contact a staff member at or complete the following steps:

  1. Try to confirm your account again by entering your email into the Forgot Password Page at: 
  2. Wait for 5 mins or so
  3. Check your Inbox (sometimes our emails go into the Gmail Updates or Spam folder) for a Confirmation email that was delivered within the last 5 minutes. Make sure to open the MOST RECENT email
  4. Click the confirmation link in the email
